What began as a hobby, helping friends and co-workers with their workouts, quickly grew into a small personal training business operating out of a 450-square-foot storefront.
To get clients, I printed flyers and placed them on cars and distributed to local businesses, put out signs and balloons, and I relied heavily on word of mouth. I treated people how I wanted to be treated, and because of that, along with my knowledge, experience, and passion for improving people's lives, I quickly grew into a larger gym, then a bigger gym, and then even bigger.

Early in 2024, I was really struggling to lean out like I've been able to in the past. I was doing a typical calorie deficit diet, but it wasn't working like before. I was eating quality meals, but something was off.
I was getting lethargic, and it was affecting me personally and professionally. My weight has always fluctuated from the low 170's to the low 180's, but this time I wasn't able to drop down much below 180. I've never had my testosterone tested, but I thought it had to be low given how I was feeling.
My strength, motivation, and energy was diminishing, so I went to the doc and requested to have my testosterone tested. For various reasons, I wasn't able to take the test at that time.
Fast forward several months, and I felt amazing. My strength, motivation, and energy had returned, and my weight was back down to the low 170s.
What happened? After making changes to how and when I was eating, along with a few other small changes that are outlined in my program, my weight dropped as my energy increased. I felt renewed. No drugs, no new supplements, and I never got my testosterone tested.
Fast forward to today, and my weight now fluctuates from the high 160s to the low 170's, and I feel great. I still follow the changes that I implemented earlier last year. No crash, no bad side effects.
